"Labels are okay, but customer support needs work"
The labels are decent, assuming your order actually shows up. I just had to cancel one order and part of another. The customer support team seems to lack any real service skills or the capability to fix issues. If you're thinking about placing an order, I'd suggest getting a refund at the first hint of delays or problems and going with a more reliable company.
